Our engineering staff will work closely with you from day one
to optimize your part design and ensure that your tooling will
provide parts to your specifications, at the lowest cost possible.
Because of our diverse manufacturing resources, our engineers have
worked with a wide array of part designs and excel at designing
and producing complex parts with tight specifications. We have
experience casting thin wall part designs, parts requiring
inserts, magnets, or hubs, and parts with multiple cores and
slides.

Setting
The Standard
Each tool we put into production is designed following NADCA
standards. We have mold flow and thermal analysis, as required, to
ensure that each product has an optimal design. When necessary,
our engineers will make on-site visits to design parts
cooperatively.

Meeting
Your Expectations
During design & development, our engineers will utilize
their knowledge and experience to engineer the cost out of your
part. We can experiment with several Aluminum, Zinc, ACuZinc, and
ZA alloys to ensure that the optimal material is being cast for
your specific needs. We can cast prototype parts for testing at
lower cost using our patented prototyping shot block system. Once
your part goes into production, we utilize our diverse production
capabilities to ensure that your part is cast using an optimal
process. Our engineers also work closely with our Quality
Assurance personnel to develop control plans to ensure that your
parts meet your standards.
