CNC Machining
NIDC offers a wide variety of machining capabilities that enable us to provide a single source die casting solutions for our customers.
We have various precision CNC machining solutions, including CNC lathes and CNC vertical mills, that are supplemented by manual drilling and tapping capabilities. Our engineering team works closely with our customers to evaluate their prints and schedule requirements to determine the most efficient machining solution for each product. We also work with several outside machining vendors, as needed, to ensure we provide the best machining solution for our customers.
Vibratory Cells
NIDC maintains multiple vibratory de-burring cells to meet the needs of any size or shape of part we produce. We utilize a proprietary water re-cycling system in the department to re-use all the water and chemicals in the vibratory/washing process.
Powder Coating
NIDC maintains a separate facility to provide an in-house powder coating finishing solutions for our customers. We also work with several outside vendors to offer painting, chromating, and plating services for our customers.
Assembly
Our assembly experience ranges from small assemblies and pressed bearings to multi-component assemblies with painted castings.
